return and refund policy

We want our customers to have a smooth shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
